This campaign was created to celebrate 50 years of The Hindu in the city of Coimbatore, that paid tribute not just to the milestone, but to the people also who shaped the city’s spirit.

Portraits of iconic Coimbatoreans were designed entirely from newspaper articles connected to their fields, symbolising how their achievements and the city’s progress were woven into the very pages of The Hindu. The campaign not only reinforced the paper’s role as Coimbatore’s storyteller, but also invited readers to share more inspiring tales under #MadeInCoimbatore, keeping the celebration alive beyond print.
